Register for the Forklift Certification Class
Complete the registration form below. Then re-enter the attendee name and click the PayPal link to pay for the course on the confirmation page.
CLASSES OFFERED EVERY OTHER THURSDAY & SATURDAY
• Onsite Certified Instructors
• Classroom Training
• Hands on Training
• OSHA Forklift Certification (when you complete the class)
• Certification is good for 2 years
• Onsite Forklift Testing
• OSHA Forklift Card
• Handouts along with Instruction Folder
• 6 to 8 Hours (1 Day Class)
$225.00 payment in advance of class, walk-ins $250.00
CLASSES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
To Reschedule a class you missed it is an additional $35.00
If you fail the class it is an additional $75.00 to re-take the class.
Payments for classes expire if not used after 90 days.
